Lizzie is an unique established female dancer in the industry stepping across to choreography at the same time to challenge and push boundaries. Driven and keen to learn to a high professional standard in all types of dance, yoga, aerial and other disciplines which makes her credible for creativity. Whether it is for an individual- mass group or anything in between she has the experience from all sides of the spectrum in entertainment.


She appeared on the hit UK Dance show “So You Think You Can Dance” Season 1 of which she came Third in the country and also represented the UK in the

worldwide TV show “Segundo Campeonato

Mundial de Baile” filmed in Mexico and can be seen as a judge on CBBC/BBC Alesha’s Street Dance Stars and Dance Presenter in other BBC Programs such as How to Be Epic, Ten pieces and BBC Learning


Lizzie Trained at Laine Theatre Arts, at the age of 16. During her 3 years of her intense Musical Theatre training, she made her debut TV performance on the Royal Variety Show before becoming a professional dancer in 2004.


Since then, she has performed internationally, appearing in Music Videos, Commercials, TV shows / live performances, trade/co-operate events, such as MTV, BBC, ITV, RTL, Intel, Nokia, Adidas, Fila, Wella, Mazda, Audi to name a few.


Her Some of her featured credits are Virgin Media Advert for Britain’ s Got Talent, Take That “The Circus”  and “111” Tour, Zara Larrson Tour, LMFAO and a Dance Captain for the London Olympic 2012 Closing Ceremony. She was original cast member for Theatre shows Blaze, Revolution, Zoonations Some Like it Hip Hop,and “Madhatter Tea Party” for the Royal Opera House as well as the international tour with the creators from ” Bounce “ Fredrick Rydman’s show “Swanlake Reloaded” and “Nutcracker”.


In between projects Lizzie is a Head Judge for UDO Streetdance and one of the creators for UDO Streetdance Syllabus which is supported by the Exercise Movement & Dance Partnership (EMPD) & Sport England as well as a trustee for UDOit. She is also has the pleasure of being a Patron to various dance Associations across the UK.


Lizzie has currently just finished her second Season of the Hit Dance Show for ITV and RTL  “Dance Dance Dance” as an Assistant Choreographer.
